Dear Reader,
Today i have rediscovered the beauty of portable Ipods (aren't they all portable?). i rode to school via middle school bus with Three Days Grace blaring, and rode home with Hedley screaming of narrsicistic people through my earbuds. Ahh...an interesting day. But alas, we shall rewind to before the school day ended...
During last hour, we had our pep assembly: the whole school assembles, we watch a staff vs. student basketball game (that lasts 10 minutes) and we hear the cheerleaders and watch the dance team. well, my friend EG and i sat at the very top row, a lovely view. we settled in, let the guy up front speak, then stood for the Anthem (spelt right?). when we sat down, we were very squished. very squished.
I spent the rest of the assembly pressed flush should-to-shoulder, hip-to-hip, thigh-to-thigh, and calf-to-calf with a boy in my Humanties; Shawn. now, i am a interesting mix of [in this order]: skatergirl-weird-prep-shy...no, he and i didn't mix at all. we spent most of the assembly yelling at each other, while trying not to bite eachother's noses off, that's how close together we were. i don't think i like him much. but if you spent an hour+ squished up against someone, would you like them? maybe...actually, if they were good-looking. oh well.
In the words off one of my favorite authors; Julie Kagawa:
"That is all." :)
